April 27th- May 1st

Eva turned 2!

Last week we had a lot of fun celebrating Eva's 2nd birthday!  She brought us yummy cupcakes and we had a beautiful day to play outside!

We are really enjoying having a full house again!  They really are a wonderful group of kids who all play really well together!  Everyone adds something different to our day!

As the weather continues to warm up, please be sure that the kids have weather appropriate extra clothes here.  I will go through everyone's bins this week and send home what I have so it can be replaced with Spring/summer clothes!  Many of them have probably outgrown what I have here for them as well!

This week we will finish up our signs of Spring Theme!  As well as start our May Theme of Springtime in the Farm!

This week we are going to do Show and Tell on Wednesday.  Help your child find a something that reminds them of Spring...go for a walk, look around your yard...there is plenty to be found!

Menu:
Monday- Eggs, sausage, Bagel, mixed fruit and milk
Tuesday- Sloppy Joes, green beans, apples and milk
Wednesday- Mac and Cheese, pears, broccoli and milk
Thursday- Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches, bananas, carrots and milk
Friday- Chicken tenders, tator tots, berries and milk

Last week we had a great time learning about signs of Spring!  Even went on a nice walk and discovered some Geese and ducks in the pond!

This week we have our Travel Tots class with Ms. Beth on Tuesday at 9am!

We will also be celebrating Eva's 2nd birthday on Thursday!

We will continue learning about the changes Spring brings!  I have a CD of our spring time music that i will send home with everyone in the next day or two so you and your children can sing along to our songs at home too!  They really have a great time during our school time in the mornings and get really excited when I tell them its circle time!

The weather this week does not look like it is going to be as nice, but we will still try to get outside whenever possible, so send your children with appropriate clothes for the day!
